This week’s energy card pull comes from the Deck, Messages from your Animal Spirit Guides, by Steven D. Farmer, with the image of Ladybug, and the Message of being open to receive all the good things in your life.
As usual, the cards are on par with things that are happening around us, and in my life particular. And that is in cultivate a mindset and mind of abundance, and in opening ourselves up to receive.
So many of us, struggle with allowing ourselves to receive. I am not excluded from this, as I have been known to give more than I allow to receive. I think many of us sensitives ones, who are kind, have a tendency to put out more, than we allow ourselves to receive. It may be connected to a form of guilt, that we are not deserving. Or that we are not good enough. How many of us just settle in life? Because we think we can’t do better? We accept the first offer we may be given for something? Even when we know we deserved more than that. Many of us have a tendency to not see our own worth, and see our value. Or realize how much we do contribute to the world.
This card is that reminder to be open to the blessings that the universe is trying to shower us with. That blessing may come in many forms, or sizes. It’s not up to us to decide what it should be, or where it will come from. It’s for us, to get out of the way of the knowing, and just allow it to be.
As many of us are struggling right now with Covid-19, and as we all try and find our way through this all. This card is a blessed reminder that things are going to be ok, and that many good things are there for us. It’s up to each and everyone of us to be open to it. Open to that help and aid, in the various forms that it may present itself to us.
A long time ago someone once gave me an affirmation for wealth, “my income is constantly increasing. I prosper where ever I turn. From expected and unexpected sources.” ‘Unexpected sources‘ That is so powerful. And rings so true with this card today. We must open ourselves up to receiving, and know that the universe has our backs and will provide for us. In ways we couldn’t even imagine.
